Our Story — INK Covenant Foundation

INK Covenant Foundation was born out of a sound from Heaven—a divine mandate to build, restore, and raise up generational foundations that would impact cities and regions for the glory of God. What began as the apostolic vision of the INK Movement evolved into a fully established nonprofit organization designed to carry out the practical, community-building expression of that Kingdom vision.

While the INK Movement focuses on equipping and mobilizing apostolic builders, INK Covenant Foundation exists to activate transformation through strategic outreach, discipleship infrastructure, and community empowerment.

This Foundation is a bridge between prayer and action—turning Kingdom mandates into tangible impact. Through initiatives like Impact Mississippi, Minister Well, Restored to Live, and GO Discipleship Training, we build hubs that heal communities, support families, equip leaders, and strengthen regions.

Founded by Apostle Connie A. Dotson, the Foundation embodies the heart of Isaiah 58:12 — “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.”

This isn’t just an organization. It’s a covenant-driven assignment. Every initiative, partnership, and resource is designed to create sustainable solutions, establish strong foundations, and leave a legacy of Kingdom impact for generations to come.

INK Covenant Foundation – Movement Timeline & Strategic Growth

Apostolic History | Community Impact | Generational Legacy

2018 — GO Discipleship Training School Was Born

The foundation for INK Covenant Foundation began in 2018 with the creation of GO Discipleship Training School, a leadership and discipleship initiative focused on equipping individuals to serve and lead within their communities.

Originally launched in person, GO transitioned into a fully virtual learning environment, making Kingdom education and leadership training accessible globally. This initiative laid the groundwork for INK’s educational and equipping arm, which remains a core component of the nonprofit’s impact strategy.

2021 — Impact Mississippi Launched in Jackson, MS

Impact Mississippi was born out of a statewide movement calling for spiritual renewal and systemic change. Rooted in the belief that transformation begins with both prayer and practical engagement, the movement brought leaders together to:

Restore moral and spiritual standards in communities

Unify leadership across Mississippi

Confront systemic barriers affecting families, communities, and churches

Build a statewide coalition to advance transformation

This movement became the first organized strategy that ultimately led to the development of the INK Covenant Foundation as the operational nonprofit behind the vision.

2024 — INK Network Was Officially Established

By 2024, the vision had expanded from a single movement to a strategic apostolic network. The INK Network was created to house multiple gates of influence under one umbrella — aligning ministries, leaders, and partners with a unified strategy for regional transformation.

The Covenant Partnership model was formalized during this year, creating a structured way for individuals, families, and organizations to invest in and sustain INK’s initiatives.

Programmatic focus areas began to take shape:

Health and Wellness (mental, emotional, and physical)

Marriage and Family Strengthening

Education and Discipleship Development

Job Readiness and Workforce Training

Entrepreneurship and Marketplace Empowerment

Publishing and Creative Development

Community Outreach and Advocacy

These pillars positioned INK Covenant Foundation as both a faith-based movement and a comprehensive community development organization.

2025 — First Regional Hub Opened in Tunica, Mississippi

In 2025, INK Covenant Foundation opened its first Regional Hub in Tunica County, Mississippi — a tangible, on-the-ground center designed to deliver direct services and resources to families, communities, and leaders.

The Hub functions as:

A wellness and resource center providing programs around mental health, family stability, job readiness, and entrepreneurship

A training and discipleship site for leadership development and Kingdom education

A community collaboration space where organizations and faith leaders unite to strengthen local impact

This milestone represents a critical expansion point, moving from a statewide movement to a regional community impact model with scalable programs.

2026 and Beyond — Covenant Builders Advancing the Kingdom

INK Covenant Foundation is positioned for sustainable growth and measurable impact. With a growing network of Covenant Partners, ministries, and community stakeholders, the Foundation will continue to:

Expand regional hubs in strategic communities

Provide integrated programs in wellness, family strengthening, education, and economic empowerment

Mobilize volunteers and leaders to advance long-term transformation

Secure strategic partnerships with public, private, and faith-based organizations

This next phase focuses on scalable impact, ensuring the Foundation’s work not only meets immediate needs but also builds generational legacy.

“The sound became a strategy. The strategy became a network. The network became a foundation. The foundation birthed a hub. And the hub became a movement of covenant builders advancing Kingdom impact and community transformation together.”
